Pro Archery Club

1.1 Account Information

When you register for our application, we collect:

• Email address
• Display name (username)
• Profile photo (optional)
• Account creation date

1.2 Google Sign-In

If you choose to sign in with your Google account, we access profile information provided by Google (name, email, profile photo).

1.3 Sign in with Apple

If you choose to sign in with Apple, we process the identity information Apple provides to authenticate your account. This may include your Apple user identifier, email address, display name if shared, and any private relay email address Apple provides. We also handle Apple authorization tokens or exchange codes only as needed to sign you in, keep your session secure, and support account deletion or token revocation when required.

1.4 Training and Score Data

During your use of the application, the following data is collected:

• Shooting session information (date, distance, target type, target size)
• Score per arrow and position on target
• End scores and total scores
• Statistical data and performance analytics

1.5 Coach and Club Application Information

If you apply as a coach or register a club, additional information is collected:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Years of experience
• City and address information
• Uploaded documents (certificates, licenses, etc.)

1.6 Device Information

• Device identifier (for synchronization purposes)
• Operating system version
• Application version

3.1 With Your Consent

• When you join a club, your coach can access your scores and training data
• When you participate in tournaments, your scores are shared with other participants
• If you agree to appear on leaderboards, your username and scores are displayed

3.2 Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party service providers to deliver our services:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, cloud storage, and database services
• Server Infrastructure: Secure data storage and API services

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may share your information in response to legal processes, court orders, or government requests.

4.1 Retention Period

• Your account data is retained as long as your account is active
• Upon account deletion, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days
• Training data is retained as long as your account is active

4.2 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission
• Encrypted database storage
• JWT-based secure authentication
• Regular security audits

4.3 Local Storage

For offline use, your data is also stored locally on your device. This data is subject to your device's security settings.

Our mobile application does not use traditional web cookies. However, we use the following technologies:

• Firebase Analytics: Application usage statistics (anonymized)
• Local Storage: To store session information and user preferences

Our application is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete this information immediately.

Your data may be processed on servers outside of Turkey. In such cases, we ensure appropriate security measures are in place to protect your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When significant changes are made:

• We will send an in-app notification
• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the policy

Your continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
